Our story starts over 20 years ago when I started the business with a desk, telephone and yellow pages. Having worked for both a national and international agency and with extensive experience of the temporary and permanent marketplace I wanted to offer clients a truly bespoke service that would suit their needs.

Rather than being ‘just another agency’ it was my ambition to work alongside my clients and be treated as an extension of their HR department so that we could not just focus on recruiting staff but also add value in terms of market and salary information and advice on attrition and employment issues.

Fast forward 20+ years and we are now in the fortunate position where we work with many blue chip organisations – many of which are on a sole agency basis. The HQ team consist of passionate, loyal individuals who not only ‘know their stuff’ but are driven by not just being the best recruiters in the area but by providing an honest, straight talking approach to both candidates and clients alike.

Exciting times ahead. We are now settled into our new office with some changes to our team. After 13 years of being at Victoria Avenue we have decided to move out of the town centre to offices based at Harrogate Business Centre that are small but perfectly formed! A lot of our team are working from home and come into the office sporadically, so we felt that this was a perfect opportunity to downsize our office footprint.

We have gained some additional support to our team with Faye Jackson who joined us in May 2021 and Faye Blake who joined us more recently in January 2022. More info on both of our newbies to follow.
