Office Administrator HQ Personnel

Our client is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join the office in Wetherby.


The successful candidate will be the main point of initial contact for general queries and will be responsible for providing support across a range of tasks including:

  • Service and delivery of information - responding to emails, phone calls and ad hoc enquiries in a responsive and professional manner
  • Drafting correspondence
  • Assisting in management of records
  • Administrative and data entry work
  • Processing applications

Key skills and behaviours required for the role include:

  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent time management with the ability to effectively prioritise
  • Strong collaborative and teamwork effort
  • Self-motivated and able to use own initiative

An ideal applicant will:

  • Have previous data entry and/or office administration experience
  • Be comfortable receiving and making telephone calls
  • Have customer service and complaint resolution experience
  • Be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite & G-Suite

This role is permanent and offered on a full-time basis of 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8.00 am and 5.00 pm with an hourly rate of £8.

The role is based around school term-times (38 weeks per annum, plus an additional 4/5 weeks per annum), so holidays must be taken during school breaks.

Employment is subject to eligibility to work in the UK and will require DBS clearance.
