Lead Generation HQ Personnel

The Sales Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Inside Sales Team. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads, locating the contact details of the decision maker within the prospect’s organisation and updating the relevant CRM data.
  • Generate the agreed minimum of qualified leads per day for the wider sales community and in line with targets communicated by the Line Manager.
  • Generate the agreed minimum sales calls per day in line with targets communicated by the Line Manager
  • Follow-up on DM activities and records currently in the database to maximise the number of pre-qualified leads.

 

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Motivation to consistently exceed expectations
  • Professional phone etiquette with a confident, friendly voice
  • Proficient IT skills and ability to search and use the Internet
  • Capable in use of MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with CRM preferred but not required

 

In return for this the client is offering a salary of £14-16,000 per annum with £4,000 annual commission paid monthly.

Scheme:

  • £333.33 per month
  • £150 – Achievement of qualified leads target
  • £100 – Achievement of hot lead transfer
  • £83.33 – Achievement of activity target
