Customer Service Adviser HQ Personnel

 

Our client based in Tadcaster is looking for a Part Time Customer Service advisor to join their team.

 

You will be responsible for taking inbound technical service calls from customers who require immediate assistance with their equipment.  As their first point of contact, you will be approachable, helpful, and provide a high level of customer service at all times. 

 

As well as logging calls for customers if they need technical assistance, you will also be provided with comprehensive training on all aspects of the company equipment to enable you to provide instant technical advice to callers to assist them in diagnosing simple problems themselves.

 

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and confident;
  • Able to demonstrate excellent Customer Service skills;
  • An excellent communicator with a good telephone manner;
  • PC literate and not afraid of using systems during real time conversations with customers;
  • Able to demonstrate resilience and flexibility in a fast paced environment.

 

You will be working 18.5 hours per week on the below shifts:

 

Tuesday 12pm – 4pm

Wednesday 10am – 3:30pm

Thursday 10am – 3:30pm

Sunday 8:30am – 2:30pm

 

Our client will be paying a salary of £8,676.35 per annum with an expected discretionary incentive of £2978 per annum (pro rata’d for part time) which is paid quarterly.
