Compliance Administrator HQ Personnel

An opportunity has arisen to join one of our clients in the Wetherby area as a Compliance Administrator on a full time permanent basis.

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop customer compliance records
  • Collect data ensuring all documents comply with legislation
  • Complete return forms
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships
  • Collate data to maintain ISO9001/ISO14001 accreditation
  • Establish, implement and maintain processes needed for the quality management system
  • Liaise with external bodies
  • Record keeping for HMRC
  • Support the Office Manager

Person Specification:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Strong administration skills is essential
  • ISO9001 quality experience is essential
  • Excellent IT skills
  • A proven working knowledge of the Microsoft packages
  • An understanding of pivot tables and mail merge would be beneficial
  • Team player
  • Own transport is essential due to location

The working hours for this role are Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm. The benefits of working for this company include free on site parking, 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays and a pension scheme. In return for this our client is offering a salary of £21,000-£24,000 depending on your level of experience.
