Jane Brown

HR & Training Manager

AKA Brownie

With over 23 years HR experience (she started young!) & a chartered fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development – Jane was instrumental in HQ achieving the Investors in People standard in 2008 and is now bossing us around to ensure we pass with flying colours when we are re-assessed in 2012. Jane is a well respected and loved member of the HQ team and has been with us since 2006.  Ideally she would love to chill out at home and take (very) early retirement, but Sarah is determined to never let her go...ever!!!

Jane's friends would describe her as "Thoughtful and fun loving" and "Square but with round edges" (well, she is HR!) She loves Bombay Sapphire and Red Wine (not in the same glass obviously), having a good boogie when the opportunity presents itself and running around after her children, husband and dogs. She's currently learning how to play tennis….we are just hoping her grunts are somewhat quieter than Maria Sharapova!!!!?
