I was hugely impressed with the time that Louise spent when initially meeting with me and the questions asked in order to grasp exactly what type of work I was looking for. Within a short period of time I was being offered interviews with the right companies in the right roles, something previous agencies failed to do. The reason for this relies heavily on a few key facts. What makes HQ stand out is their attention to detail. Louise really did listen to what I had to say and I was never called regarding positions that were not of interest to me. During the interview processes, both Louise and Helen were excellent at keeping me informed and updated each step of the way and offered fantastic advice, especially to my regular bombardment of questions. They were always happy to speak to me and discuss any concerns or questions I could throw at them....and there were quite a few! One of the most frustrating parts of looking for work is chasing people up and HQ's regular calls to me was most certainly a refreshing change. This personal touch is of tremendous use when trying to find the right role and I cannot recommend them enough. They will certainly be my first contact next time and not my last should I have the need to search for new employment. An excellent job and well done HQ!
