Sarah at HQ contacted me directly as she had initially placed me at the company and had heard of my change in circumstances.  I went to meet with her a few days later and was immediately impressed with her warm and caring approach.  She quickly reassured me that many employers would view me as an asset to their company due to the experience I had gained over the years.  Within a number of days I was offered several job opportunities but at that time I felt temporary work was of interest to me.  In August I was sent to a leading company in Wetherby to cover for long term sickness working for the operations director.  I quickly realised how much I enjoyed this role and was delighted to be offered a permanent position when this role became available in October.  The transition was made more easy by the professional assistance of the team at HQ.  I cannot praise this recruitment agency enough.  They have a very professional and proactive approach as well as a warm and friendly manner and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking employment.

Managing Director Sarah Pullan comments "I initially placed Louise in permanent employment so we were both somewhat surprised when the company had a restructure and Louise was available for work again so un-expectedly.  As I had worked with Louise before, I contacted her and asked her to come in for a chat about her future career plans.  Obviously she was somewhat disheartened to be job hunting again, and we both joked about how we needed to use "the balloon pump" method to build back up her self confidence that had taken a bit of a nose dive.  I found Louise several permanent vacancies but we both decided that temping would be a great way of seeing what work / companies were in the Wetherby area.  I am delighted that Louise secured a temp to perm role within the first company that we placed her in.  She is a fantastic individual who is absolutely an asset to any business - and I wish her every success in the future"
