001 Recruitment Consultant

Our client, a well established and leading Recruitment Company based in Harrogate, is looking for a proactive and experienced recruiter to join their team on a Full Time Permanent basis.

You will be working as an executive Recruitment Consultant to place professional candidates at the middle or senior management level.

This role will require a combination of determined candidate sourcing and excellent client management.

You must be a highly articulate communicator possessing excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build successful working relationships with people at all levels.

You will be a highly motivated self starter with a can do attitude who takes pride in both their own and their teams combined achievements.

Essential Skills/Experience

• Previous experience working in a search and selection market
• Good working ethic
• Bright and willing to learn a complex market and client base
• Excellent telephone manner and ability to communicate complex concepts relating to client products and markets
• Demonstrate billing success in a recruitment role
• New business success
• Account management

The annual salary will be between £18k and £30k basic depending upon experience and the company offers a very attractive commission structure.
