040 - Customer Service Agents

Our client, a well established and expanding business based in Harrogate, is looking to recruit permanent Customer Service Agents who are confident in communicating with customers.

The role will involve:

* Taking inbound calls from customers requesting insurance quotes

* Making outbound calls to customers for insurance renewal reminders

* Dealing with queries, changes to policies, and other ad hoc duties as and when required.

The candidates will have the opportunity to grow within the company if they desire.

The candidate must have an insurance background, ideally in personal lines

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team with a strong customer service ethic.

Hours are 37.5 per week over 6 days between the hours of 8.30am and 8pm weekdays, 9am – 5.30pm Saturdays. The role does involve working some bank holidays.
