Our lovely client in Wetherby is looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who will fit into an already established, energetic team environment.


Your responsibilities will include:


*Providing a polite, professional and personal service to each and every customer.

*Consistently liaising with individual team members, to assess work in progress in order to ensure workloads and fitting expectations are achieved.

*Professionally deal with difficult telephone calls and progress issues to conclusion.

*Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

*Be able to prioritise your work.

*Regularly reviewing performance against KPI’s and Customer Feedback.

*Reviewing and establishing the root cause of a warranty issue.

*Organising and prioritising work in co-ordination with other departments.


The ideal candidate will have: 

*Excellent administration skills and attention to detail

*The ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone

*A strong desire to work as part of a team.

*A clear understanding of the customer’s requirements

*A tactual and discreet approach to business.

*Capable of working to team and individual deadlines and targets

*Willing to learn and develop.


You will be working Monday - Friday 9 - 5 in return the client is offering £18,000 per annum.
