Our client based in Harrogate is looking for a Technical Support Advisor to join their team on a full time permanent basis, working Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.

You will be joining their Technical team where you will also get the opportunity to build strong working relationships with the Commercial Services team. You will provide advice and support over the telephone, answering technical questions about their products and their installation to both internal and external customers.

In order to be successful you will need to be a quick learner with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A good level of numeracy and computer literacy is also required. You will have a practical, questioning mind; enjoy solving problems and have a passion for looking after our customers.

Experience or knowledge in one or more of the following is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided:

  • Electronics
  • Electrical installations
  • Ventilation
  • Building Regulations

They will be paying a salary of £20,000 per annum plus excellent benefits.
