We have a fabulous opportunity for a Project Support Co-ordinator to join our clients team on a full time temporary to permanent basis. They are looking for someone who is proactive and has a high standard of presentation skills.

 

Duties include:

*Assisting in the sourcing and selection of suitable subcontractors to undertake installation projects.

*Ensure subcontractor records are maintained.

*Preparation of client/customer and subcontractor valuations.

*Issue valuations and agree them with the customer/subcontractor.

*Prepare all final account statements for clients in accordance with departmental targets.

*Ensure that all retention monies are notified to the purchase ledger/credit teams and scheduled for payment/collection as per contract.

*Liaise with installation project managers to pro-actively record all site documentation and give notice of any early warning signs of possible claims.

*Maintain effective communications with relevant departments.

*Raise and monitor project costs of material purchase demands.

*Maintain document filing systems and keep them organised and logical.

*Reporting on the status of allocated installation projects.

*Provide all necessary information to allow for the compilation of KPI Reports.

*Build and maintain customer/client relationships relevant to the allocated installation projects.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

*Strong numerate and analytical skills.

*High standard of presentation skills.

*Excellent administration skills.

*Knowledge of contract formation, administration and claim/dispute resolution.

*commercial understanding of cashflow issues.

*Effective negotiation skills.

 

Our client will be offering a salary of £17,000 per annum.
