Our client has an opening for an Installation Co-ordinator within their Customer Service department on a permanent basis.


As an Installation Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for organising all Installation activity for a geographical area.



* Coordinating all Installation activity for a set area

* Receiving telephone, website and email requests for installation and removal work from customers.

* Creating accurate bar plans and providing quotes by SMS.

* Tracking and allocating work to balance the workload between ensuring that internal technician resources are utilised along with maintaining additional resources provided through service providers.



* Confidence in communicating with all types of customers, from sales management, service providers, retailers and technicians

* Ability to demonstrate a determination to achieve objectives and overcome complex problems

* Organised and self-motivated

* Able to plan and work independently

* Strong team player

* Happy to assist and support colleagues around you

*Able to juggle priorities to achieve team goals in addition to personal ones



Core Hours

Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm


In return, the client is offering a salary of £17,242 p/a – plus excellent benefits.
