Our award-winning client based in Ripon is looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to join their company for a new and exciting luxury development on a full time permanent basis. You will initially be working from home five days per week, but weekend cover may be required and you will also have the flexibility to visit other sites. Responsibilities: - Responsible for the sales of all new properties from initial enquiry to completion. - Liaising with customers face to face and on the phone and be able to offer advice and support at every stage of marketing and sales. - Keeping in contact with solicitors and estate agent on a regular basis. - Liaising with the Site Management team and Sales Management to ensure a smooth progression of the sale through to exchange and completion. - Create a client database. - Regularly send out marketing emails to clients from the database. - Exhibiting at shows to get new business. - Keep appraised on all market intelligence and carry out research into new competitor’s schemes. The ideal candidate: - Will be IT literate including skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. - Knowledge of ACT database would be an advantage - Excellent Interpersonal skills, and a drive and determination to succeed. - An enthusiastic and flexible approach are crucial. - A full UK driving license is required.
