Our client, based near Wetherby, is looking to recruit a Customer Service Installation Planner to join their growing team. Working on a permanent basis.  

This role will involve planning work for technicians for a defined geographical area and will include arranging removal and installation of equipment. You will be responsible for making sure the technician’s time capacity is fully utilised.

The largest independent provider in their field, the company prides themselves on delivering a first-class service to an 800,000 strong customer base.

You will be confident with communicating with all types of customers, management, service providers, retailers and technicians. You will be organised and self motivated and be able to plan and work effectively. So being a strong team player is prerequisite of the role. You will be happy to assist and support colleagues around you and juggle your priorities to achieve team goals as well as personal ones.


* Day-to-day planning of surveys/installations with retailers and technicians

* Problem solving, dealing with queries internally and externally

* Liaising with field and office managers on resource available for in house installations

* Spreadsheet management for projects

* Working closely with Maintenance Planners in order to allocate installation work to technicians

* Liaising with Service Providers, Area Installation Managers and other internal departments as and when required

* Prioritising workload so all tasks are completed within agreed SLA’s

* Providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers at all times

* Working within other areas of the Customer Service Centre when requested


* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

 Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, in return the client is offering a salary of Salary £17,242 p.a (inclusive of an annual company performance bonus.)
