Our client, based in Knaresborough, is looking to recruit a confident and professional Sales Executive to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote the company products and services, selling the benefits to existing and prospective customers and closing deals where appropriate
* Generate credit worthy applications to an agreed target.
* Indentify prospects and prospect sectors and develop those into a successful sales strategy.
* Ensure that the CRM system is kept up to date and used effectively to drive sales performance.
* Timely and accurate completion of all documentation and information systems
* Support and assist with sales and marketing plan deliverables on request of the Sales Manager
* Work effectively with other team members
* Achievement of all KPIs on a weekly basis
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Achievement of company volume target
* Daily Call Time and Number of Calls per Day
* Call quality monitoring scores
Knowledge, skills & experience:
An excellent sales executive will demonstrate and have the following skills, knowledge and experience to be successful:
* Understanding of all company products with the ability to match features, advantages and benefits to each individual customer.
* Uses CRM systems to effectively manage their personal pipeline to maximize all selling opportunities.
* Capable of dealing with any customer no matter size of contract or complexity of case.
* An authority on all elements of the market, up to date with market changes and pricing fluctuations.
* An authority on all competitors
