Our client, based in Harrogate, is looking to recruit an experienced Telesales Executive to work on an ongoing full time temporary basis with the potential opportunity for the role to become permanent.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced sales staff with a sound knowledge of the IT/Telecoms industry and products to join a successful and growing company who reward their employees and offer excellent long term career prospects and earning potential.

Duties to include:

* Making outbound calls to company directors offering paid software with a view to gaining new or repeat business

* Building excellent working relationships with clients

* Ensuring you meet set targets and KPI's

* Responsible for own administration including updating information on the database system, logging calls and activity, sending out information

Applicants will ideally possess experience within an IT or Telecoms Telesales environment or have Telesales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, KPI's and customer expectations in a B2B environment. A sound knowledge of IT and/or Telecoms would be an advantage.

You must be reliable and committed to the job, with a professional and confident telephone manner, a proactive and positive approach to working and enjoy working to targets in a busy sales environment.

Normal working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. In return our client is offering a salary of £8.50/hr while temporary and up to £18k depending on experience should the role become permanent.
